X-Change the World Receives Jefferson Award!

We are honored and humbled to be the 2013 recipients of the Jefferson Award for Education and Literacy.

The prestigious Jefferson Awards for Public Service gives recognition to youth in the United States who are involved in making a global impact through the projects and programs they have created. The Jefferson Awards for Public Service was founded in 1972 by Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, U.S. Senator Robert Taft, Jr. and Sam Beard to create a Nobel Prize for public and community service. The mission of the Jefferson Awards is to recognize, inspire and activate volunteerism and public service.
